Rat King

The Rat King is a omnipotent being that nobody knows the true origin of. What we do know is that he is able to manipulate both time and space on a whim making him the most powerful being of this dimension. The Rat King has had his influence throughout the known course of history from the shadows, slowly expanding his regime to the point of absolute reign over his territories. It is said that one time a human actually met the Rat King and scoffed at his claim of power. This man became patient 0 for the bubonic plague that ravaged Europe in the mid 1300s. Today there isn't much in existence that the Rat King doesn't have some hold onto, although they go by very different names today such as the "FBI" or "Illuminati". All of these elusive organizations are just a front for the Rat King to continue to act under the cover of darkness. Although this is unconfirmed, the Rat King is said to dwell deep within the Krubera-Voronja Caves of Abkhazia. Many have have gone on record to claim they heard noises of unknown origin deep within the sections of the cave sealed off to the public. The Abkhazia government claims to have no knowledge of such noises claiming it to be the rumors of mad men. However, missing persons reports in towns around the caves are significantly higher than anywhere else in the country, the cause of which is still unknown.
